Each year, the Concours Committee of the Sandhills Motoring Expo designates an Honored Collector – a distinction reserved for those whose passion, stewardship, and contributions to the collector car hobby elevate the spirit of our event. Introduced in 2024, this recognition celebrates not only extraordinary automobiles, but the enthusiasts who preserve, present, and share them with the broader motoring community.

For 2026, we are proud to announce Robert and Sherry Guth as our Honored Collector.

The Guth collection reflects both modern performance excellence and timeless craftsmanship – an extraordinary balance of contemporary engineering and historic pedigree.

Their achievements at the Concours in the Village speak for themselves:

• 2023 – Best in Show: Sporting – 2023 Ferrari 812 Competizione
• 2024 – Sandhills Award (European Sports Cars thru 1979) – 1958 Aston Martin DB2/4 Mk III
