CONCOURS APPLICATION
2027 Concours in the Village
For the 2027 Concours in the Village, we are introducing an all new application process designed to showcase the exceptional automobiles and remarkable stories submitted by you, our entrants. Starting with the application, prospective entrants will progress through reviewing and accepting the Concours Instructions, Rules, Judging Guidelines, and Concours Etiquette and Information. Next, you will fill out your contact information, and finally your vehicle information. You will be prompted to select the category that best describes your vehicle – this important factor will assist the Selection Committee in placing your vehicle in the appropriate class. You will be prompted to select the broad category that best represents your automobile: American, European, British, Italian, German, Japanese, Motorsports, Prewar & Postwar Automobiles, or Owners Under Age 30.
Premier Classes 1 – 8 will be shaped by the quality, historical significance, and diversity of the applications received and these classes will be announced on February 1, 2027, as acceptance letters begin to be issued. Our signature Foundation Classes: American Sports Classic, Automotive Pioneers, European Sports Classic, Motorsports, Pinehurst Countryside Classics, Radwood, and Supercars – will continue as enduring traditions of the Concours, creating a show field that honors motoring heritage while offering distinction and variety year after year.

Volvo at 100 Years
A centennial collection featuring Volvo’s most significant automobiles, from early classics to the P1800 and performance models.
Mercury Cougar at 60 Years
Celebrating the Cougar’s 60th anniversary with significant examples spanning its muscle-car and personal-luxury eras.
Marque Specific:
Bugatti, McLaren, Triumph, Alfa Romeo, Porsche Front Engine (924/928/944/968), and Nissan/Datsun Z-Cars

The Premier Classes represent the ever-evolving heart of the Expo’s Concours in the Village, showcasing a curated selection of vehicles that highlight unique themes, genres, and automotive milestones each year. These categories are thoughtfully chosen to spotlight diverse automotive styles, engineering achievements, and cultural icons, ensuring every Expo offers something new and exciting for enthusiasts and collectors alike. Foundation :: Classes 9-16
The Foundation Classes serve as the cornerstone of the Expo’s Concours in the Village, featuring perennial categories that embody the essence of Expo excellence and tradition. These classes focus on enduring appeal, celebrating the craftsmanship, heritage, and favorites that define the automotive world. The Foundation Classes provide a steadfast connection to the Concours’ legacy, offering a familiar yet awe-inspiring experience for participants and spectators alike.

Showcasing classic American sports cars up to 1979, this class highlights the golden age of American performance vehicles.
Automotive Pioneers
Celebrating the groundbreaking automobiles built from the turn of the century to the 1950s that shaped the foundation of motoring history, open to American and European marques.
European Sports Classic
Featuring European sports cars through 1979, this class celebrates European craftsmanship, style, and driving dynamics.
Motorsports
This class celebrates the thrill of competition on the track with vintage racers and modern track stars, embodying the passion and ingenuity that fuel the world of motorsports.
